Texas Website Requirement
Under Texas Property Code § 207.006, a property owners’ association that has contracted with a management company (or that has at least 60 lots) must make the current version of its dedicatory instruments relating to the association or subdivision and filed in the county deed records available on an Internet website maintained by the association or its management company and available to association members. This site is intended to satisfy that requirement.
Additional requirements under Chapter 209 (Texas Residential Property Owners Protection Act) address meetings, records access, elections, and other owner protections.
